Less than a 5 minute walk to beautiful Marengo Beach and a leisurely 15 minute stroll to Apollo Bay shops and cafes it’s the ideal peaceful and romantic retreat for a beach escape. Set on a large spacious block the property has lush lawns and trees offering a very serene retreat.
